About Me

Hello, my name is Randi Jaen. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised on Long Island until I moved to Connecticut in 2000 and have lived in Manchester ever since.

I have been in the sales and customer service industry all of my professional life. The bulk of my career prior to real estate was spent in the staffing industry which I truly believe is complimentary to real estate. I learned many things; including how to negotiate deals, finding the “right fit” for someone the first time, how to deal with people from all walks of life using respect and my excellent communication skills, lastly, how to handle dates/deadlines while under pressure amongst other things.

After the purchase of my own home several years ago, I was shocked at how little communication, follow up, or common courtesy was involved in the whole transaction. I felt lost, confused, frustrated and annoyed; were other people feeling this way too? I started getting more and more involved with the purchasing process (researching, processing paperwork, watching deadlines, and reminding the right people when they were needed or were late) and realized that I was doing more than my agent or mortgage representative. I was convinced with my background that I could do a better job. I truly did not want people to feel the way I did.

After practicing real estate for five years now, I am very pleased to say that I have been rewarded with a plentitude of satisfied clients who are extremely happy with the level of professionalism, knowledge and quality of work they have received.
